We know that the current situation with the spread of the new coronavirus is very concerning for many of our clients. We understand and share your concerns and are ready to advise and support you in any way we can. Is my holiday going to run?

We will not run any trips during the period of lockdown. At the current time there is no projected or estimated end date for the lockdown and restrictions on travel may continue even after the period ends. Currently, we have taken the decision to cancel all our trips with a start date up to the 4th of July. If your trip is due to start after this time, we ask you to wait before taking any decision about your travel. We are continually monitoring UK Government advisories and will update our advice with any significant developments. If you are joining one of our trips from overseas, we recommend that you monitor advice given by your own government and airline.

Will I be safe?

We will follow the advice of the UK Government and will not operate any holidays if it is deemed unsafe to do that. For the latest Government advice and information about COVID-19, please use the links in the section on 'Further Information'.

Can I cancel my holiday?

You can cancel your holiday without penalty only if the UK Government restricts travel to the region where your holiday takes place at the time of your departure. The Government have indicated that they will review their policy on a rolling basis looking ahead 3 weeks at each review point. While this remains the policy we will make decisions on whether to cancel trips approximately 2 - 4 weeks prior to departure. If you decide to cancel your trip due to disinclination to travel, we will incur costs and for this reason, if you cancel, our standard terms and conditions will apply. Can I postpone the holiday?

Because of the exceptional circumstances of the spread of COVID-19, we will allow postponement of your holiday for any trip departing up to 31st July this year. You can postpone your holiday to any date in 2021 (dependening on availability of accommodation for the alternative dates you propose). We will charge a fixed admin fee of £25 per person to cover our costs in moving your booking and the price of your new holiday will be as advertised on our website for 2021. If you opt to postpone the holiday, your deposit and any payments you have made will be credited to the new dates. Please contact us as early as possible prior to your departure if you wish to take advantage of this.
